Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on servers of encircle360 GmbH in a data centre in Germany. When you access the website, the web server automatically records information that your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to defend against attacks, is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies for analysis or advertising purposes. Your choice in the privacy settings is stored exclusively in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us or third parties. You can change it at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. Services requiring consent would only be activated after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); no such services are currently embedded.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established.
Requirement form, supplier form and contact
If you send us a requirement or supplier details via our forms or contact us by email, the information you provide, including your contact details and any uploaded documents, is processed in order to assess your enquiry, respond to it and handle follow-up questions. Uploaded documents are stored with restricted access and are not published. We do not pass this data on without your consent, unless this is necessary to prepare an offer you have requested. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storing it no longer applies; mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, as well as a right to rectification, restriction of processing, erasure and data portability. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
